FAQ:
Q. What if I have a product that needs a stronger mix with more product than water?
A. Just reverse the process by adding in the product first in the CARPRO Dilute Bottle and then the water. However please take note of the above information and add the water gently to stop the product from foaming.

Choose & use with care
A few details before you begin.
Check tool compatibility
For backing plates, pads and powered-tool accessories, compare size, attachment and compatible-model information. Similar appearance is not proof of a match.
Keep the process considered
Use a clean tool and the method described for that item. Test suitability discreetly where the product directions recommend it; no tool is advertised here as universally scratch-proof.
Follow the instructions supplied for the exact product. Features, limits and care directions are specific to the selected model.
Delivery, returns & support
Order preparation takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit: 4–7 business days in total. Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States and DC, with no minimum order.
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping. After receipt, inspection and initiation of an approved refund take 5–7 business days.
Before you decide
Product questions
Can I use every brush on paintwork?
No. Choose for the surface and intended use stated on the specific listing. Follow the supplied care directions and do not assume a brush intended for wheels is suitable for every painted surface.
How do I select a backing plate or pad?
Check the listed diameter, attachment and compatible machine or backing-plate information. Size and fit variants are shown within the relevant product rather than treated as interchangeable parts.
How do I compare colors, sizes or configurations?
Use the options and measurements on the exact product page. Photographs can look different across screens; available choices are limited to the options actually shown for that item.
What is included with my purchase?
Check the selected product’s description and included-parts information. Accessories pictured in a use scene are included only when the listing says so.
