Help us find the right information
For an order question, include the order number, checkout email and item or SKU. For a product question, tell us the specific model, size or configuration. Tell us the detailing tool or accessory, its size and the model information relevant to fit. Keep backing-plate screws, adapters and other supplied parts together. If an item does not fit, do not force or modify it. For damage or a defect, photos of the product, fittings and shipping box help us arrange the appropriate remedy.
Returns and delivery questions
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the actual destination and merchant-paid postage arrangements. For a delayed or damaged parcel, retain the packaging and send the available order and tracking information.
Protect your information
Do not email card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Privacy requests can be sent to the same email, with enough information to identify the relevant account or order.
